What type of paddle comes with this iSUP and does it float?

The SUP comes with an upgraded 3-piece carbon fiber adjustable paddle with a nylon composite blade. It easily disassembles to fit in the included backpack and will float indefinitely as long as it is assembled.

Yes, the paddle will float at first but it will NOT float indefinitely. Because it is hollow and adjustable, water will gradually seep into the hollow cavities of the paddle and it will eventually sink. If you separate from your paddle while using your board, the paddle should float long enough for you to recover.
